FIRST REVIEW I HAVE EVER WRITTEN: Very Frustrating Experience!!! I started trying to get help in replacing refractory panels in my fireplace last March (almost a year ago). I could never get a straight answer/only very vague answers on a time frame when he could work on this. He did eventually come and disassemble the panels and supposedly ordered new ones last March. He got hurt in the mean time so I was very understanding/patient but checked back in with him in Aug to see if I could come to pick up/buy the panels so I coul... read more
Gordon was professional, on time, and honest. He could have charged me for a service I thought I needed, but instead was honest in what was wrong with the fireplace (or rather what I was doing wrong!) I called Gordon on a Monday and he got me in on a Friday of that same week on his way to another job. If I ever need these services again, I’ll be sure to call Gordon
Very happy with these guys. They came when they said they would, they completed the work quickly, and they cleaned up afterwards.
