Booked the load with Austin England Logistics Coordinator, asked for both mine and driver's info, asked for ELD tracking info, after all the info I've gave them they put another carrier on it, THEY ARE A JOKE
If you haul their load and truck broke down get ready for 500 deduction from redcon.
I book a load with Brodie from CO to las Vages NV Shipper take 6 hours for loading time and driver get a 1 hour delay from appointment and can’t take need to wait next day because shipper take forever and asking layover but they are saying need logs copy for that even I send them in and out time also they have email records everything so be careful with this company greedy brokers
Booked a load with Andy from VA to FL after my driver drove like 80 miles when he realised he can't load the reefer , he tried to pin on the customer saying he will request Tonu but he can't guarantee it , and i told him he gotta pay me Tonu not the shipperr my deal was with him where he started throwing tantrum , never in my life i seen a grown man cry for 150$ and worst case is that is all his fault
