I've ordered here in the past, a number of years ago, both service and product were great. I cannot recall the name of the lady that I worked with, but she was fantastic. Fast-forward to today. I ordered the SAME EXACT THING sizewise yet with different logos, updated logos. The communication was poor with Hervy, I had to handhold him the entire time, missed one event because it ultimately took them a month to get one close to being correct.
