I left a message once last year and they didn't return my call, but I didn't take issue. People get busy. I left a message again this week and again, no return call. It would be great to have someone local and responsive, but maybe they're not working any longer.
I asked FL RV to do an inspection of a 5th wheel RV and all it's systems on short notice. Pleased when he said "no problem we can do it today". This company is very professional and has extremely technically savvy employees concerning RV's and RV systems. They showed up as planned and did a very thorough inspection of the RV and it's systems. More comprehensive than I expected.
