Can’t say enough great things about working with FLP. After they completed a new front porch addition with mudroom and powder room for us in 2019, we went back to them this year for a full kitchen renovation and removal of load bearing wall to open up our space. Rich and his team delivered an add a level to an existing ranch. It was a major renovation and completely changed the home. The estimate was adhered to and when unknowns popped up, he worked with us. His on the job foreman and chief finisher was open, honest and communicated well. I have since served as a reference for Rich and has put me in touch w similar prospects.
I used Rich and FLP to build a roof over an existing patio in the backyard. He was responsive, very reasonably priced and fair/honest. Once I had the plans for the roof, I decided to go a little nuts and add a fireplace and Rich was again all in. He worked w me and all of my custom ideas which probably made him nuts but he went along w as much excitement as I had. Once the work started, everything was done clean and timely.
