I cannot say enough, good things about this facility. My husband is a OTR truck driver from FL and got stuck here for two weeks with some major repairs needed on his Box Truck. Nick and Cooper were especially helpful and amazing at their job. It’s not often that people are professional, skilled, but also very good human beings but these guys have the whole package! Floyd’s truck center is highly recommended to everybody! God bless this place and Nick and Cooper too!!
Man I was in a nightmare jam from Florida needed a water pump replaced man cooper in nick took care of me like no other in highly recommend this dealership to anyone I was here a week but they really took care of me
I dont care if they are the last dealership on earth they will never ever get my business again, i called and had a ecm put on hold and asked them if they would be able to bench program that evening, i had a person go 600 miles to get me a ecm as the truck is broke down roadside, and they arrive well before closing, and get the message sorry that person isnt here now, I will not have any of my trucks ever get parts or repair work there ever, i would rather pay a tow to another city then give them business, this isnt my first... read more
