I have nothing but the utmost praise for everyone that works at this dealership. Everybody is professional and courteous. I am very particular about who works on my equipment and like things to be right. The service department staff and technicians understand and appreciate my wants and have always been extremely accommodating. Very nice truck center in Rapid City South Dakota for Freightliner I've got a nice driver Lounge restrooms and the TV with couches and chairs it's pet friendly and Ricky was an awesome service advisor very attentive and very thorough and detailed they seem to have a very experienced staff of mechanics from one year to 36 years very clean very nice lots of parking you get to pull in under the awning and check in and there's a hotel right across the parking lot for a decent price with a king-size bed and a pool and a hot tub a... read more
