Had a great experience here. Checked in with them on Monday 22nd of Jun and they got to me the next day and had me out the same day. Mainly dealt with Kaitlyn and Brad, very professional and kept me up to date on repair status. Great drivers area for you to kick back and relax. Thanks for the great hard work.
Very poor customer service at the service desk. The two ladies at the front service desk were unfriendly and unprofessional. They ignored customers, even after standing and waiting for assistance. Spencer was the exception. He was polite, professional, and helpful. Management should address the attitude and customer service standards at the service desk.
