I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. My truck had a derate issue. First, they connected the computer and told me that the inlet and outlet NOx sensors needed to be replaced. They charged me around $3800 which I paid in cash. After that, they said another switch needed to be replaced. Then they told me the fan circuit switch was also bad. They kept replacing parts and charging me more. After all of those repairs, they performed a regeneration, but the exact same fault code came back. Now they are telling me t... read more
