I have never encountered such unprofessionalism before. The waiting time was 5 hours instead of the promised 1.5, and in the end they failed to complete the simple task of replacing a windshield. A customer came, ready to pay for their services, but they just kept him waiting for 5 hours without saying anything, and then, five minutes before closing time, came up with a very ridiculous excuse for their incompetence—that they couldn’t reach my company regarding payment. Casey was amazing. He knew we were pressed for time because of the loads scheduled and our desire to get home next week. He got the problem figured out and got us back on the road ASAP. They stayed past closing time so we wouldn't have to stay overnight. Everybody here was so friendly and polite. Thank you so much to Floyd's for getting us back on the road.
