What a horrible truck parts store. Need to find a actual parts guy that is interested in selling parts. Just because its on a truck that isnt not a Freightliner doesn't mean you can't find the parts someone is looking for. Funny thing all trucks take the same parts, they are not exclusive to one make. I suggest not even stopping if you are in need of parts for any make or model of truck. Extremely rude sales personnel.
The staff and mechanics do great work at this location highly recommended
They are not professionals, they just know to put parts to yall trucks, diagnostic tests are bad. Overall experience is not satisfied. Call any roadside if that requires 100 miles from wherever you stopped technically but do not choose flyods center
These people need to be investigated, I took my freightliner by there to have the engine fan looked at due to continuous running . I called them first and ask them could they look at it fairly quick and let me know if they fix it and how much . The man I talked too said sure no problem bring it by . So I did BAD MISTAKE . I took over there and plainly told him and everyone else standing there to let me know the problem and cost before they did anything. lol well they totally ignored that . I have never encountered such unprofessionalism before. The waiting time was 5 hours instead of the promised 1.5, and in the end they failed to complete the simple task of replacing a windshield. A customer came, ready to pay for their services, but they just kept him waiting for 5 hours without saying anything, and then, five minutes before closing time, came up with a very ridiculous excuse for their incompetence—that they couldn’t reach my company regarding payment.
