Worst dealer, don’t spend your money and time here
Owner operator experience: I have now been in 2 different situations with a major truck repair and a small minor repair with my truck and have ended up at Floyd’s both times randomly lol. This incident and repair led me to this location, I had called loves right across the street first and then found that there was a Floyd’s right across the street. Parts dept personal are not very helpful
Only go here if you have no other option. They are very slow but 1 thing is that they honour their quote price that they give you. Even if they go over the time they tell you. (Which they will) Since they have no on site management. The lady at the front desk has no customer service skills at all and doesn’t want to talk to you, she basically wants to tell you no for every Question you ask her, you’ll know what I’m taking about if you go there.
