I've taken vehicles here a few times over the years, I've suggested them to other people in the past, no longer. I took my Sprinter to get checked out, 4 days later I call to see what's up, hadn't heard anything back and I get a massive list of suggested work with no explanation, no communication. The one issue I sent to get checked out, no comments or communication on that. So I call back the next day to figure out what's going on, nothing for 7 more days. I called the parts department at Floyd Freightliner in Belgrade because I needed a specific part. On the phone, they cheerfully told me “Yep, we’ve got it right here!” and even quoted me a price. Perfect, right? Fast-forward a couple days: I walk in, ready to buy… only to be told they don’t have it, have NEVER had it, and apparently it has only existed in my imagination.
