Ich war auf Reisen und hatte ein kleines Problem mit meiner Tür. Sie wollten mir einen Termin für Tage später anbieten! Sie kamen nicht einmal raus, um sich mein Problem anzusehen! Ich ging zur nächsten Werkstatt und konnte innerhalb einer halben Stunde weiterfahren! Die schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich auf den schlechten Kundenservice. Sie führen auf jeden Fall Notfallreparaturen durch und haben sogar ein Wartezimmer.
Truck went down a few miles from Floyd's. Called and arranged a tow. Tow truck removed my driveshaft and advised me that my yolk bolts didn't look very good so I also asked Floyd's to replace that and the U joints. Floyd's pushed me in the next morning and by the afternoon ordered parts. Following morning when parts arrived they installed and sent me on my way. I got a serpentine belt broken on my cascadia and came to this place to get a new one. I came at 7:40 a.m., and the gentleman was willing to work with me even they open at 8am. Thank you for respecting my time!
Great people here. I was traveling through in my Peterbilt when my fuel filters clogged up. They were able to take care of me fairly quickly. They have a nice drivers waiting room pets welcome.
