I was recently out of the country, when my wife noticed something wrong with her tires. She took it to Floyd Tire and they found the tire was defective. Gary replace the tire with a used one, free of charge and told sent word for me to call him. I came home the next week and thanked him for taking care of my wife. Then I bought new tires from him.
