I usually don’t go to Floyd’s but I decided to check it out. On my way in I noticed how awful the manager Cary was talking to her employees, I noticed the tone in her voice and it made my shopping experience VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! It’s not professional at all and her position needs to be reconsidered immediately.
Do not recommend! Horrible customer service! Save your time and just go to Home Depot or Lowes.
