Excellent customer service
My family and were driving from Atlanta down to south Florida in early April, when a large object (a garbage can, maybe) fell off of a truck, causing us to swerve abruptly in order to avoid to. The object hit the front left side of my bumper, causing some damage on the left side and under the car. We pulled off the highway and ended up at Floyd’s, the closest auto shop to where we were. A poor deer ran out in front of my new car. Causing $20k worth of damage! Took my car to Floyd’s for repair. They did a stellar job! Had it back to me within a little over a month. No issues since picking up the car. They even washed it & had it shining when I pulled up to grab the vehicle. I would definitely return to Floyd’s for any car repair needed in the future. (Before fix image attached) after, looks brand new!
