Excellent service, very knowedgeable , patient, and careful with their clients. I wouldnt go anywhere but there!
I had a horrible experience. I was supposed to be fitted for a custom knee brace. I called multiple times over the course of THREE weeks and never received a return call. Finally I spoke with someone who tells me first that I will owe them $105.00. Literally the first words out of her mouth after learning my name were "you can come pick it up and you'll owe us $105.00." This was abrasive, but I understand they have to make money.
