Brendon and Chris from Floyd's A/C & Heating Grandview came out in an extremely timely manner and quickly took care of our unknown problem. They diagnosed the issue in just about 5 minutes! I believe they replaced my conjunction box (or power box, whatever it's called) in only 30 minutes or so. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I'm so thankful they came to our aid, and I'm definitely planning to work with them in the future to eventually put a whole new system in, as ours is about 25 years old.
