I am a visibly queer person viewed as a woman and have had a variety of poor experiences at barbers. I have had some of my best experiences at this Floyds even compared to other Floyds in the Orlando area. Every one, including the front desk, has been attentive, kind, and made me feel very safe. Every hair cut I’ve had here has been fantastic. Additionally, I have wavy hair that barbers aren’t always sure what to do with, but Hailey and Maun have both been great with it!
Go ahead and… do it! Stop in at Floyds … I did … and I’m happy I did!
⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience. Not Recommended! I recently visited the Dr. Phillips location, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Based on the level of service I received, I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this establishment. One of the biggest issues is their complete lack of respect for customers’ time. Gena is amazing with my son! He always looks forward to get his hair cut/trimmed styled by her which took 13 years for him to gain trust. She’s very animated, energetic and encouraging. We absolutely love her!
Carissa cuts me and she always does a great job, staff very friendly, Casey is great too
