OMG! Honestly, I was so impressed by Michelle’s haircut, but what really stood out was her amazing customer service. She’s incredibly personable and genuinely cared about my concerns, making the entire experience so great. From the moment I saw her, I had a feeling she was going to be a great stylist and I was absolutely right. She even gave me helpful tips on how to take care of my hair, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend her for both her talent and her professionalism!
They do such a great job at Floyd's. It's ghr only place that I go to cut my hair.

Have been here a handful of times and loved it each time, just went for the last time before I leave the state and had Michelle and she was an absolute joy. Great conversation and amazing hair cut, hands down best haircut I’ve had in awhile! 10/10 recommend.
