I have been going here since it opened. I was just charged full price to fix a haircut they messed up. I don’t care that it was 3 days past their seven day guarantee. No one should be paying a full $35 to get a neck shaving and 2 minutes of clean up for my bangs. Avoid. There’s no consistency in this place anymore. Whoever cuts your hair today won’t be there in a few months. I have been tolerating their mid haircuts for years due to laziness, no more. I came here because several friends recommended this place, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, the experience was disappointing. I ended up waiting around 10 minutes despite having an appointment. Ryan ended up cutting my hair, and after I clearly explained that I wanted a mid taper with length left on top, I received one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. Sarah was amazing and did a fantastic job being creative on my hair She was attentive to what I wanted and to my hair needs, very kind and warm with wonderful service.
