I booked an appointment here for my boyfriend who’s a homebody with a history of ignoring self care. Paid extra for a shampoo and a beard trim, didn’t request a specific person so that they could pick the best barber for the job. They gave him to a standard stylist. He pointed at where he wanted his sideburns multiple times and she cut them over an inch too high. There’s absolutely no texturing and honestly his mom could have done a better job on the cut.
