I have nothing but great things to say about Floyd's Maitland location. I have had the opportunity to receive styles from Chuck, Rhonda, Christi, and Brisa. Each one has done an great job, surpassing my expectations. They are busy, so I tend to schedule my appointment in advance - a testament to how popular they are. And when I have an appointment, they are prompt, if not early. If you're in the area, check em out.

Ms Rhonda is awesome!!!! Treats you like family. Remembers everything. Keeps my husband looking good. 1 million stars!
Third and final time for me. I call and they mess up the booking, I book online and they mess up the booking. Never again. It's a shame, I love Brandi and would love to return just for her but because the booking system and receptionists can't book properly I will no longer patron this shop or any Floyds shop in the future. Too many other options out there that can take a booking properly.
