We've been going to various Floyd's for years and have always been happy with the results. My 14yr old went with his father on 9/14 and had Krystal who needs some lessons on customer service and just good manners. During his haircut she kept discussing how bad my son's acne was and how he should really take care of it and he should really see a dermatologist and what to do.
