I walked in expecting to get a good haircut from the recommendations from a friends, but I just came out with a horrible haircut. What I wanted was a short layered wolf cut and what I got was some botched bob cut I don’t even know what it is. I had the appointment and 9am and she came in late, and she didn’t seem like she was in a good mood either. Which is fair but I did my best to explain what I wanted but I got nothing of what I asked for and I also asked for a trim for my bangs and now they are uneven. 0/10 >:(
I’ve been going to the Murphy location of Floyd’s for 2 1/2 years now. My barber, Jack, does a great job on my hair. Always an excellent experience with him and the staff.
very good service team treats you like family, I love the way miss Erica takes care of me every time.
My husband is in a wheelchair. This place is very assessable for handicap and honestly Steven gives the best haircut in record timing! Very impressed with the haircut and service!
