1. I asked the office assistant to book an appointment for my son with a hairdresser who had a style similar to Erwin. She said she would schedule it with someone like that. However, she didn’t give accurate information or let me know that the hairdresser was new and inexperienced. 2. The hairdresser assured us he knew the haircut my son wanted, but halfway through he asked his colleague how the top and front were supposed to look.
