They actually close half an hour before there's schedule time. Seems like all their locations do that though.

Michelle is amazing. I followed her from the other location which is great because this one is closer. People need to realize that once you find that person that cuts your hair the exact way you want it, you need to be loyal. It's unfortunately rare to find that these days!

I called 8 different hair places and everyone was booked or didn't answer. I called Floyd's and the lady said they could squeeze me in last minute. I didn't wait too long! I told them I wanted to donate my hair and the lady was very careful with my hair and how she braided it and then cut it to preserve as much length as she could for the donation. While I was about to pay, she said the cut was complimentary because I was donating it. She was super nice and I had a great experience.
