I received a $10 off coupon and they “weren’t able to scan it” or “accept it” because they NOW only accept paper coupons?? The email is dated 3/11/26 and expires in 38 days. How was this possible? The guy at the register said “sorry yeah they just told me about this the other day”. I really love my haircut but unfortunately won’t ever go back to Floyd’s.
