I visited the lutherville location and unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. They have the saying GUARANTEE THE FLOYD'S PROMISE: + CUSTOMIZED CONSULTATION + EXPERTLY CRAFTED CUT + HOT LATHER NECK SHAVE + RELAXING SHOULDER MASSAGE + PERSONALIZED PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION. I don’t have much faith in chain places, but since I just moved to the area and needed a haircut I thought I’d give it a try. Rayne was awesome. She gave me an awesome haircut and great service. Will definitely comeback.
I like the person who cuts my hair, but this place is ridiculous. The last three times I've gotten my haircut I've had to wait beyond my time. However today I'm 7 minutes late and they cannot accommodate me. This gets better. I voiced my frustrations to their message line and the comment I got back was that I came in past there grace limit of 7 minutes. They did not like it much when I shared my Google timeline that showed I had left there to go across the street to coffee shop at the time they said I arrived after. At least... read more
