Walking out 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time with not a single hair on my head cut is a completely absurd. I don't know if a walk-in was taken ahead of me despite be being a few minutes early or if they were just running that behind but either way, I'm not trying my luck with Floyd's again. Inconsistent haircuts from any person I've seen more than once, you'll never get the same thing twice (though I can't speak to the long hair stylists).
