Did not do what I asked for. Even showed a reference photo and got nothing like it taking off way too much hair. If I could have left a 0 star I would. I don’t understand how she misunderstood my instructions this much.
I normally don't post negative reviews but I'm hoping this will get someone to get their act together. I had the worst haircut I've ever had, no fault to the person who did it though. The lady was so old she could barely lift her arms up or even walk. Yet at the front desk there was a young girl sitting there doing nothing. Completely backwards! What is going on?! If I saw that at a construction site it would make me angry and appalled to see old guys doing the hard work and a young guy sitting doing nothing. You have a girl... read more
