I normally don't post negative reviews but I'm hoping this will get someone to get their act together. I had the worst haircut I've ever had, no fault to the person who did it though. The lady was so old she could barely lift her arms up or even walk. Yet at the front desk there was a young girl sitting there doing nothing. Completely backwards! What is going on?!
