Here’s the tighter Google-review version: I’ve trusted Floyd’s for years, but this new location was incredibly disappointing. I stopped in before work with 40 minutes to spare and only needed the sides of my very short haircut cleaned up—a service that usually takes 5–10 minutes. There were three barbers visibly available, yet the front desk employee told me the earliest appointment was 1:30. This is a top notch location, and the entire rock 'n' roll vibe is the best!! Mary D. is who both my boyfriend and I use for our hair. Let me tell y'all she's phenomenal at her job. 5/5 would definitely recommend!!

I initially had a good experience with Amanda and even left a tip because I appreciated the haircut. Unfortunately, my experience afterward completely changed my opinion. When I called to book another appointment K was told she was booked for the rest of the month without offering any future availability or alternative. The conversation made me feel like my business wasn't valued, especially as a returning customer.
