I visited the ER last night and was treated by kind empathetic staff. My medical needs were eventually met. The painful experience was made less painful by quick competent emergency personnel, thank you for your help.

My experience at Floyd Valley Heath Care is very good. Nurses were helpful and were supportive every day. If you needed help they were there soon to help. All of the support staff was fantastic. Good service is awesome. Great taste and served at the right temperature. Better than most restaurants.

This hospital is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to! Rude Nurses, and don't even get me started on the physical therapy department...... yikes!!! They are so unwilling to help you or even bother to listen to. you. DON'T TRUST THIS HOSPITAL! The doctors barely even look or listen to your concerns and they definitely don't honor the patients rights. Heaven forbid you need help and have no transportation and are handicap, the only thing you can do is call 911. They told me to walk my son who is in a wheelchair and wh... read more

Not so friendly front desk receptionist. All of them actually even those by the doctors rooms.

I would give my visit 5 stars as far as staff goes. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had a bone density done 2 weeks ago and never have recieved results and they are not even in my patient portal. I called this morning, and left a message and no return call.
