ITS DEFINITELY CALLED DEATH VALLEY FOR A GOOD REASON
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Would’ve have been faster for me to take my son to a doctor over an hour a way. We would have made it there and back before we would be seen at this urgent care. Left a message to set up an urgent care visit at 10. No call back by 1:30. Called again. No answer. Called another time. No answer and left a message. No call back by 2. I have never had anything but wonderful experiences at FLOYD Valley clinics and Hospital! I have been in Sioux City hospitals and FLOYD Valley is 1000 times better than anything I have ever experienced in Sioux City or Sioux Falls! It would be my recommendation to use this hospital due to the personal care the Hometown feeling you get when you're there and the staff are fabulous
