Don’t waste your time scheduling an early tour. We had a tour scheduled for 8:00am because that’s what worked with my work schedule. Nobody showed up and there was NO communication from them. We had to call the number on the door 2 times, at first they couldn’t reach the office or the manager, then they said she would finally be on the way. i have a lot to say. this is probably the worst experience i have had living somewhere. DO NOT MOVE HERE. we have had issues with our A/C to the point of our bed and box spring being moldy. there is no reason for our apartment to get this humid(multiple people i know have moved out due to A/C issues). they have refused to reimburse us although it is clearly their fault, even the A/C guy who “fixed” it admitted there was something wrong with the A/C. we sent emails, texts, and even called many times with horrible communicatio... read more

This place is not somewhere you want to live. The build quality of this place is horrendous not to mention the state of disregard the maintenance and management have for the place. They consistently let the pet waste bin overfill and it would stay that way for weeks on end. The picture of the square light is rusted all around where water quite literally seeped through the light and flooded and stained the carpet below it and left the hallway smelling of entrapped water for weeks. 1) you WILL be woken up by trains 2) the air units are super drafty 3) minimum storage 4) mail room not secure- saw many packages broken into, including mine. Thankfully my item was still in there. 5) built quickly so screws may need to be tightened 6) gave notice to 1st floor specifically when bug spraying would be done but did not notify the 2nd floor. My roommate was in her bedroom, heard a knock, went to answer the door and by the time she got there, the guy was already walking into the apartment. NOT ok.
