Dr. Floy is great, the front desk staff is difficult to communicate with, I have asked them four times to call me back to make an appointment with the doctor, and they have not called back. The first time was about an emergency appointment to see the doctor as soon as possible. The next three times were because after seeing the doctor, the doctor told me that I needed to make an appointment next time. After they agreed, they didn't call me back. I am a little confused about this front desk staff, why?
