I'll never return. I needed a simple inspection of my car. I had called before and set up an appointment, the person told me to look for him when I get there. When I got there I got tossed from one person to another asking for him, to later find out that one of those people who tossed me around was actually him. I was told the inspection takes 30 min and have said on the phone that I'd wait. They had me waiting for 4 hours with no communication, with the representatives literally avoiding eye contact the whole time. I even c... read more
Terrible customer service and bad experience with the person who owns this dealership. On July I bought a 2003 Pontiac sunfire, I paid cash thinking I was buying a car. We are now in November and the owner of this dealership keeps avoiding all calls, and texts regarding my title, plates, and registration. He has no intention on returning my money or even putting the car in my name so now I am in the process of taking legal action against him.
