The staff is amazing! They make scheduling appointments so easy, and everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. They always make my son feel comfortable and at ease during his visits. We’ve had such a great experience and highly recommend them!
We had a family travel in the national parks and my kid had a sudden issue with his braces that hurt him a lot. The closest city is Portland. Then with the recommendation from my friend, I contacted Floyd Family Orthodontics. They were very helpful and made an appointment immediately that fit our schedule. Have had braces for past year and Floyd or things been gracious and professional. Great customer service and very happy with my results (tho of course eager to show off my braces free new smile sooner than later)
We had a very frustrating experience with this orthodontist office. Before starting we were told to pay cash upfront with the understanding that our insurance company would reimburse us directly afterward. The office made it sound routine and assured us everything would work out. After paying out of pocket, we later found out the insurance reimbursement situation was not nearly as straightforward as they implied.
