First of all I just want to say, "What a class act" Mr Milner was!! A professional and a gentleman! Operating in the highest of standards and was able to speak into my husbands hearing deficiencies and pinpoint the areas where he could improve his hearing, even before moving on to the possible next steps of any type of enhancements!!
