Amazing Doctor. Very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. Dr. Milner is an amazing Doctor who answered all of my questions thoroughly and even gave me tips on how to develop better listening habits. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

My father served in the army who now has severe hearing loss and I was in boot camp when my ear drum went out from yelling,clocking, and banging on the ship and now it rings atleast twice a day.
