Unfortunately, I haven't seen Dr. Bradd since his diagnosis (I did see him one time during his initial treatment) and can honestly say, I truly miss my regular appointments with him. He is the most compassionate and caring doctor I've ever seen. He & Jan are a great team. I hope that he is well into or nearly at the finish line, as to his treatment. Patsy in the office has treated me rudely on 2 separate occasions. I made the mistake, this a.m., of calling again (forgetting how I was treated last time). The same woman (Patsy) treated me just awfully AGAIN. when I went to review this office, I saw my last review and it all came back to me. I treat people the way I want to be treated, so I know without a doubt, that I didnt treat her rudely. I'm grateful for the time anyone gives me and act accordingly. She has NO BUSINESS dealing with the public!
The staff is great, the nurses are wonderful and my family love Dr Bradd and Sarah. Can't say that I have ever been to a office that cares more.
Dr. Bradd is by far the best listener and has the best bedside manner. I am disabable and when I'm not feeling well the staff makes sure I get in immediately. He's a stickler about yearly exams and setting up appointments for further testing. I highly recommend Dr. Bradd.
