It’s often said you don’t find out how good a company is until you have an issue. We have been let down badly by our boiler manufacture but Flowtech have stepped up (literally) where others can’t seem to go. Always polite, on time, great communication (even out of hours at times!) friendly and clean (wearing overshoes when walking through the house etc.) Highly recommend. They could teach a lot to the usual household name companies!

Inconsiderate and rude. They attended our estate and parked their van and covered 2 spaces both not belonging to the house they were working on. Refused to move when confronted. Should report to trading standards
