Was suggested Prince (Flowstar) by another plumber who did not have the machine to fix our issue. He came in, immediately knew the issue we described to him and he went right to work. Cleared the blockage and suggested some product (that isn't draino) that could help minimize the chance of it happening again. We actually needed a new kitchen faucet, and he took one look at ours and offered to replace ours with a new one. He took care to make sure it was installed straight and that it looked nice.
