Customer service is awful, Trying to get answered on past due orders with no luck! No one is answering the phone
Poor service. Left a message to get a call for a quote and never called back. After a few days got a call and communicated with the right people. I am revising my review to 3 stars for now.
Seemed to be a safety oriented company. Very proffesional and seious company. Looking forward to further communications.
I work for a contractor and Flowserve is one of our customers, so I think it would be unethical to rate this company.
