Springville Flowserve. Don’t give them your business. Just look at the millions of dollars of product rusting out in the parking lot. That’s a metaphor for exactly what it’s like to work inside that place. It’s filled with corporate rot. Nothing can really get fixed or changed around there. Assemblers are not certified. This place has extremely incompetent managers and leadership. Especially the GM. She is driving the company into the ground
I have called many times trying to speak to HR, or the operator No luck.. a number of times I have called and the phone calls get dropped . I EVEN HAVE GONE IN PERSON THE FRONT DESK. NO LUCK. !! " I GUESSED THEIR TOO GOOD." IN REALITY THEY ARE NOT..!! This are the places where they ask and expect a lot from employees. But yet they struggle with little things.
