Returned phone call immediately. Arrived within an hour. Did a great job in snaking out 180ft of clogged under ground gray water line.
Set an appointment for a Wednesday 8 to 9 am. Called right before 9; he answered incoherently, said he thought we cancelled and would be out in the afternoon. Called at 1:30 for a more specific time - Matt said 3 to 4 pm. Called at 3:50 - no answer. Wasted a day off on them
Showed up on time and did the job right! Will recommend to anyone!
