I wanted to update my review after speaking directly with the Flowrence team and getting a better understanding of what happened. Overall, my experience with the clinic itself was excellent. I booked an appointment for a Sunday, and everything was quick, efficient, and convenient. There was ultimately a misunderstanding regarding the follow-up and access to my test results, which were being handled through Dynacare. My family doctor being away on vacation, I had an issue with my ear the nurse practitioner I saw he was very nice and competent and compassionate, he cleaned my ear out and saw an infection and sent to my pharmacy a prescription. This place is a great choice if you cannot get to your doctor and or if you do not have a regular family doctor & need to see someone for a minor or major consult do not hesitate to come here.
