We love Dr. Buchanan and the staff at Flowood Pet Hospital! They treat our dogs like family and are always there to answer questions.
Your pet is taken away from you when they do any procedure, so you don't see or know what's being done. Then when you check out you do not get a copy of your bill, it is emailed to you, therefore you do not know what you are charged for until you get the email. The exam was minimal and I felt like it was all about the money.
