flowlabs are bad at the result compares to other lifelabs and other clinic got good result. Flowlabs always give us the bad result. I dont believe in their results compares to other clinics.
Lady at the call was very rude.
It's okay. The lab people are nice and professional. The specimen collection room #1 I was in was not amazing. There was no soap until I asked for some. I didn't know if the chair was clean, regardless it was a cold leather type chair. There was no material to assist us. The garbage was full and the foot handle thing was broken.
The service representative at the front was very rude and impolite (visit date: 23Nov2022 @7.30am). She seems very agitated from the beginning of the interaction. One of the worst customer service experience at flowlabs. People should be trained on the appropriate communication manner and should be verified whether the training is doing any good. The type of behavior is completely uncalled for.
