After poking my son and swirling the needle this lady yells my son that his vain collapsed and does not want to give more blood . That she has to do it again or we have to come back other day. She knew that he is not good with needles in the first place. After he started fainting and turned white . I had to take him myself to the other room to lie down . I am 7 month pregnant had to carry 16 year old who could not walk properly and no one helped me. Decently going back to Dinacare next time.
