I cannot express enough how amazing taking Vron’s yoga classes have been. She is one of, if not the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. Her classes are fit for anyone from beginners to the most seasoned yogis- because they all revolve around meeting yourself where you’re at. She is so well trained and dedicated to putting together the perfect classes. If you are pregnant or postpartum, her classes are a MUST. Her mediations will also transport you to another universe, in the best way. Wish I could give 10 stars!!!!
