Me and partner walked into this florist, immediately the women noticed my partner chewing gum, she looked so angry and said get rid of the chewing gum before coming into the shop! No please or thank you or explanation, very rude especially upon greeting someone, she then snapped when I bent down to smell the flowers, a lady also came in while we where in the shop and got her head bitten off for touching a flower, this woman clearly has no customer service skills, is very rude and unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend going to... read more

We called into this shop to buy some flowers for friend today. I saw some beautiful orchids that would have looked nice in the special bouquet I wanted to get for her. I lifted the flowers ( very carefully!) just to check if the were cut or rooted. The woman shouted at me from behind the counter to tell me NOT to touch the flowers . I told her I was just checking to see what they were in. She told me very abruptly and, in a sarcastic manor that they were in WATER ! She was very rude.
