I waited for years to be seen at this clinic. NP No called, and because she would not answer a very clear and basic question that I had, I did not come in at that time. I was contacted a year later to be a patient, but when the clinic realized that I had once declined services, they refused to see me. They insisted I had been a former patient, when I had never even set foot in the office.
