Ordered Lush Watermelon to be sent to celebrate the birth of a baby. Received a photo of what was delivered. Looked very little like the pictured one the site. Box white, not lime green and bright pink. Flowers mainly a candy pink, not much green. Wouldn't have even thought it was the same arrangement. Whilst I understand that flowers shown on website may need to be substituted, I would have thought the florist would have stayed true to the basic theme. Disappointed.

Last minute change as person was moving to a different hospital so emailed them and straight away got a phone call. Lady tried to accommodate changes but was a bit hard as didn't know when they were moving hospitals so put on hold so I could find out. Great customer service :)
