My daughter is turning 21 on the 16th of this month, I made a call from out-of-state talked with Bill the owner. Bill, professionalism and mannerism coupled with a sense of humor was amazing. If I could give more than five stars, I would unbelievable customer service something that is very rare in America nowadays. I feel blessed that I found this company family owned and operated

Hello there🌺 Well every business and company makes mistakes. It’s how they handle the situation.My order and delivery for flowers to my BFF was a mistake. I was very disappointed Accidentally what I ordered and paid for was not what was delivered. But it was an honest mistake. Hey _____ happens Right? Had a terrific experience ordering flowers for my mother’s birthday. I live out of town and was able to contact the owner directly and get a beautiful arrangement for her. The owner was so sweet and kind and helped me very promptly with picking out a beautiful arrangement over the phone he let me know that he was recently sick in the hospital and his daughter accidentally deactivated his Google account, he has been working in the area for years And unfortunately, lost his listing with all of his review!
