Very disappointed, instead of closing down online shopping before their closing date they left it up. They did ask for me to be refunded but the money I'm being told won't be returned to my account until Monday which means I'm unable to get flowers for the funeral of a family member as the funeral is Monday. This is extremely poor customer service.
I found this place on a whim, and I am so glad that I did. I ordered prom flowers for my son and his date, from this establishment. I want to say that this place has the BEST customer service that I have EVER encountered!!!! They text you along the way to keep you in the loop. You can also text them back to update them on last minute changes (like a new prom date that requires different colors). When you walk into their flower shop, you feel very welcomed. I can't say enough about this place. I will most definitely be back.
