Says they are open but no one is there. No one answered the phone. And when someone finally did after me calling quite a few times she said they couldn’t take my order (I hadn’t even told them my order yet) and then hung up on me. I am a local and this local business sucks.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! I wish I could have given 0 stars.This company needs to be shut down my husband placed a very expensive order for an arrangement to be delivered to me on our anniversary and never received anything. He called and emailed and went pass the store numerous times and got no response and no refund. I’m also reporting this to the BBB for sure.BAD BUSINESS!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am not local but wanted a local florist to deliver a sympathy plant. The plant was never delivered but I got an email saying it was. I have called, sent emails and texts and I have not gotten one response. I am working with my CC company to get a refund. Very unprofessional.
Flowers were never delivered to the funeral. Tried contacting by phone and email multiple times and got not response or refund.
Erica have a remarkable personality. She is my go to person especially when it comes to flowers…her flowers at always fresh and vibrant…every arrangement I have ever gotten have been beautiful and the person receiving them is always in ahh of how beautiful their arrangement is..My last Mother’s Day vase was so beautiful people were asking were the flowers real
