I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. At 1:00 AM on May 9, I received an email stating the order had been delivered. The flowers were never delivered. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company by phone and email, but no one answers or responds. This is extremely frustrating—especially since the order was expensive. I would definitely recommend ordering from a different company.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed and paid for a flower order that was meant for a funeral, but the delivery was never completed. After making the payment, I tried contacting the company multiple times over the next five days, by calls, left voicemails, and sent emails, but received no response at all. Given the importance and sensitivity of the occasion, this was extremely upsetting. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this florist. I placed an order one full week in advance for a flower delivery to be sent to someone at their workplace. I received an email confirmation stating my order was confirmed, so I informed the recipient to expect a delivery that day. Unfortunately, the flowers never arrived. Says they are open but no one is there. No one answered the phone. And when someone finally did after me calling quite a few times she said they couldn’t take my order (I hadn’t even told them my order yet) and then hung up on me. I am a local and this local business sucks.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! I wish I could have given 0 stars.This company needs to be shut down my husband placed a very expensive order for an arrangement to be delivered to me on our anniversary and never received anything. He called and emailed and went pass the store numerous times and got no response and no refund. I’m also reporting this to the BBB for sure.BAD BUSINESS!!!!
