STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We bought a sump pump that went out 6 months later...called and Mr Flowers said he would replace it. No call. No show. He won't even call us back for a replacement.
We had Flowers Waterproofing come out last month for extensive repairs. This is clearly a well-run, family owned business that takes the time to explain the how's and why's of the trade as well as the expectations with the work itself. Flowers promised a 3 day project and delivered, without delays, even after a small hiccup. My basement is now completely dry and you can not only smell a difference, you can actually TASTE a difference in the air quality. Great job guys, thanks so much!
