Bizarre experience. Wrong floral arrangement delivered, when I called to ask what happened, I left a voice message and my number was subsequently blocked. I realized this was the case after numerous attempts to call. I had to call from a different number pretending to want to place an order just to get through, and to get a response finally. This outfit got my money and did not deliver more to follow.
If you want your recipient to actually receive flowers, I would advise against ordering from here. I was ordered flowers over a week ago and despite an initial act of organization—them calling me twice to specify delivery— the flowers are nowhere to be seen and they have not returned any of my calls in days. Do not waste your money.
do NOT order from this place. The flowers did not deliver. I have called both the personal and number on website, and emailed three times, and have not received a reply. I am unable to get a refund for this reason. Again, DON’T order
If you enjoy LOSING your money, and being GHOSTED. This is the place for you. Never got the flowers. Very upset.
